Introduction

LIMPIO is designed to streamline the process of managing property cleaning tasks for organisations. The system allows organisation users to subscribe to service packages, create property owners and service providers, and track task assignments and statuses. The primary goal is to ensure timely and efficient property cleaning and maintenance services.

Product Owner

  1. Product Owner’s Responsibilities: Managing web app features, dashboard oversight, package creation, and user onboarding processes.
  2. Roles and Permissions: Creating and assigning roles, mapping permissions, and ensuring appropriate access levels for users.
  3. Integration and Connectivity: Seamless integration with property management systems (PMS) and distribution channels.
  4. Subscription Management: Handling user registration, package selection, payment processing, and billing cycle management.
  5. Product Support: Providing comprehensive documentation and support to users, including training resources and assistance from the support team.

Organization Admin

  1. Dashboard: A hub for property data and mapping, providing an overview.
  2. User Onboarding: Simplified sign-up process for service providers, enhancing accessibility.
  3. Profile Management: Editable profiles and notification settings for user customization.
  4. Internal Messaging: Facilitates task assignment and communication within the system.

  11. Report Export: Allows for the export of both summary and detailed reports.

  13. Manage Reservation: Ensures properties are prepared for guest arrivals. Pre-Arrival Inspection, Pre arrival cleaning and Post cleaning.

  15. Commission: Configures and calculates fees, including GST.
  16. Invoice Generation: Generates invoices with fees and taxes for billing.
  17. Reports: Offers filterable reports to gain valuable insights and analytics.

Property Owners

  1. Property Owners are central figures in property management via the mobile app.
  2. They utilize a dashboard to monitor tasks and access key property statistics.
  3. Property Owners actively manage cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  4. They have the authority to create issues, approve quotes, and handle invoices.
  5. Property Owners play a crucial role in ensuring well-maintained properties through the app.

Service Provider

  1. Service Providers use the mobile app to efficiently manage tasks.
  2. Their dashboard displays task status counts and task lists for easy monitoring.
  3. Service providers can complete tasks in offline mode and sync them once they are online.
  4. The detailed task page enables them to view, initiate, and complete tasks.
  5. They can raise Issue, add Quotation and manage invoice for the task.
  6. Service Providers are essential for executing tasks effectively through the mobile app.

Service Agency

  1. Service agencies utilize the mobile app to manage tasks efficiently.
  2. Service Agencies can create multiple service providers and assign tasks to them.
  3. They can also manage service providers and monitor their tasks.
  4. Their dashboard offers task statistics and task lists for easy monitoring.
  5. They can update task checklists, reassign tasks to others, and manage user accounts.
  6. They can manage the rejected task via Rejected list and re-assign the task to others.
  7. They can also raise Issue, add Quotation and manage invoice for the task completed by them.
